Extended Stay America Select Suites - Wichita - Airport

I liked how the check in process was so quick smooth and simple, the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, they were also able to revise my booking to a more accommodating room that was more suitable for me than the one I originally had booked and they did it with no issue at all, they were very informative and made sure I was aware of all the amenities that my reservation came with and what was not included, they made me feel very comfortable and welcome and despite my numerous questions and a few phone calls to the office once checked in and in my room they very nicely and cheerfully reanswered my questions and did not get frustrated with me. That was very comforting to me because I have anxiety issues and when I get overwhelmed I forget certain this quickly and often so it really put me at ease that they were happy to reanswer my questions without irritation of me.

Nice, clean room and clean smelling, with a stove! Nice water pressure! Good washer and dryers. The dryer's get extremely hot! Kind, professional, caring staff! Lots of restaurants and stores nearby! Perfect location! I would recommend room 128!
